Some hubcap designs survived for a couple of days until they were all picked up once again...It could have been the maintenance company and maybe some drivers who found their own hubcaps...

The idea was to pick up abandonned hubcaps and use it as decorative things to make them useful again. The roundabouts were a great place of exposition. The hubcaps were arranged, disposed according to the roundabout’s design and the landscape around .
Everywhere you drive, you might see on the way some hubcaps. On the higways, On the sidewalks, close to the sharps turns...Many cars just “loose” theirs hubcaps.
